DOSAGE

Recommended use or purpose: Source of essential amino acids (histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, valine) for the maintenance of good health (and involved in muscle protein synthesis).

Recommended dose: Adults. Take 1 serving (1/2 scoop = 15 g) daily.

Duration of use: Use for a minimum of 5 months to see beneficial effects.
