DOSAGE

RECOMMENDED DOSE:
Adults. Take 1 scoop daily. Mix product well in 1 to 2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption. Take 45 to 90 minutes before exercise. Take 30 to 60 g of carbohydrates per hour during high-intensity exercise.
