In this formulation, we have opted for active forms (more assimilable forms) of vitamins and minerals such as riboflavin 5′-phosphate as a source of B2, zinc chelated to an amino acid, methylated forms of vitamin B12 and vitamin B9, as well as a good number of specific antioxidants (quercetin, green tea, and grape seed extract) at dosages reflecting, for the most part, the quantity present in an optimal diet.

PRECAUTIONS

Risk Information: If you are taking prescription medications, blood thinners, or medication for high blood pressure, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use, as resveratrol may alter the effectiveness of these medications. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have an iron deficiency, if you have kidney stones, if you have diabetes, cancer, a liver disorder, or if you smoke tobacco. Stop use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness, and/or loss of appetite and consult a healthcare practitioner. If you are taking antibiotics or nitroglycerin, do not use this product.

Do not use if you are allergic to soy. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with products containing green tea extract have been reported. If you develop symptoms such as sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness, and/or confusion, stop use and consult a healthcare practitioner as these symptoms may be caused by low blood sugar.

DOSAGE

DURATION OF USE: Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.

RECOMMENDED DOSE: Adults: 1 capsule, once daily.

Take with food/a meal, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
