DOSAGE

RECOMMENDED USES OR PURPOSES: Used in herbal medicine as an adaptogen to increase energy and resistance to stress (in cases of mental and physical fatigue related to stress). RECOMMENDED DOSE: Adults: 2 capsules 1 time per day. Take with food.
