Consumption of skullcap and California poppy in combination with alcoholic beverages, or any other medication or natural health product with sedative and/or analgesic effects is not recommended. If you are taking prescription medications and/or if you are taking anticoagulants or antiplatelet drugs, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use.
Do not use if the seal is damaged or missing. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.

DOSAGE

RECOMMENDED USE OR PURPOSE: Scullcap is traditionally used in herbal medicine to help with sleep (in cases of restlessness or insomnia due to mental stress). Source of a mineral that contributes to the maintenance of good health. Helps maintain normal electrolyte balance.

RECOMMENDED DOSE: Adults: 1 capsule daily at bedtime.
